Plum Park Press
A. A. Stewart's Typesetting is a sequel to his Typecases and Composing-room Furniture, which Plum Park Press has also published. Both books are part of a series of books on the printing and publishing trade released by PPP.
The book is subtitled "A primer of information about working at the case, justifying, spacing, correcting, making-up, and other operations in setting type by hand". The book includes numerous illustrations, and includes a total of 220 pages.
The book has overall dimensions of 75 x 75 mm (3 x 3 inches), and is bound in paper marbled on the boards, and solid red on the spine. The end-papers carry a diagram showing the traditional typecase layout.
