Plum Park Press
William Blades wrote THE ENEMIES OF BOOKS in 1888, and it has been continuously published and referred to ever since. This wonderful work has chapters on fire, water, dust and neglect, and children that are still fully as relevant now as they were then; those on gas, bookworms, and servants may seem less so; and those on bookbinders and collectors can still provoke debate!
The Plum Park Press miniature edition is bound appropriately, to resemble a Victorian trade binding. The khaki cloth covering the boards is printed in two colors, with a geometric pattern of lines and blind embossing on both front and back.

The book consists of 240 pages, and has overall dimensions of 70 x 55 x 18 mm (2-3/4 x 2-3/16 x 11/16 inches). The Plum Park Press miniature edition of Browning's THE ENEMIES OF BOOKS consisted of 12 copies. The price is $40, plus $5 for shipping and handling.
